  • Broken down into teams of 5-6 each. 
  • Categories of team division : 
  • Coders (java/python)
  • Manual QA (doc, excel, anyaut, jira)
  • Automation QA (selenium, frameworks)
  • SDET (CI/CD and DevOps over Automation QA)
  • Coordinators/Leads
  • Documentation, Scrum Master etc.
  • Teams are critical to work together and deliver. 
  • Teams interacting either on skype/slack.
  • Team project challenge on tasks and assignments
  • Every member will be at least part of 6 to 10 such project groups over the period of 3-4 months.
  • JPACT as an end-to-end program ...6 weeks … 2xJPACT … repeating the program twice gives you immense confidence, skill, portfolio. 
  • Be prepared to have a full book of learning 
  • JPACT 13 is skipped. 
  • Team will work and connect daily as an agile practice.
  • Team members from JPACT … @varkasa.com email addresses (for the ones working on JPACT actively) and get socially involved in LinkedIn.

  • 60 minutes, 30 minutes of Mock Interviews/Coding Challenges
  • Ideal for members who went through trainings recently.
  • Great for new members to observe.
  • Send the list of Questions a day before … so u can prepare your answers and code to show.
  • Team project presentations … every team can show their progress.
  • Get their challenges addressed. 
  • Certifications
  • Training certificates … participate in a program.

  • Client Project Certifications - Intern … reference check available from both Varkasa and the client. 
  • JPACT 12 and earlier batches, get ready for certifications in the coming week. Online exam, project on various tech.
  • Time and effort you can spend on the program.
  • Intense program, requires a lot of participation.
  • JPACT vs ITeLearn.
  • All JPACT members must go through the ITeLearn trainings.
  • Additionally JPACT members work on projects and certifications.

  8. For Selenium based projects,will Core Java training be provided in this JPACT program?
  9. Absolutely yes. 
  10. JPACT batch repeats every 2-3 months. 
  11. You can repeat any number of times during your access period. 
  12. JPACT 14 session only 1 hour a day from 5-6 …. No training… interviews, project, client work.
  13. Trainings will be at different timings. Each one will have another webinar link. 
  14. how would u help someone who never been in IT industry
  15. Repeat the JPACT and LIVE Trainings twice.
  16. 1st time, take notes, listen and observe. Finish like a NFlix, of videos or LIVE.
  17. Be an observer and small contributor to the JPACT activities.
  18. Come back to the next batch, go all in with hands-on.
  19. Go a little easier and know that at least 40% are in a similar situation.
